Single Serving "oven" Love

Since moving out, I don't bake for as many people, but I do have a sweet tooth, so I looooove  the 3-2-1 recipe!! 

the breakdown:

1 package of ANY flavor cake

1 package of angel food cake

Mix the two cake mixes in a large ziploc bag. (one of the mixes HAS to be Angel Food-it's the one with the egg whites)

When you are ready for your single-serving cake, take out 3 Tbsp mix, add 2 Tbsp water and microwave in a ramekin or mug for 1 minute. If you want topping, I suggest jam, whipped cream, or homemade frosting!
